Trademarks Embroidery respects and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We collect this information solely for our use in completing each transaction with you and will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY:
Your payment and personal information are always safe when purchasing from Trademarks Embroidery. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
For all international and domestic orders, damaged goods, shortages and returns or exchanges must be reported to the Trademarks Promotional Products within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Please call customer service at 713-255-6565 in advance to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. Replacement of defective goods will be made at no charge. Returns for size exchange will be charged freight on the replacement shipment if the purchaser made the error. Returns for size exchange will not be charged freight on the replacement shipment if the error was made by a Trademarks employee/representative/agent. The filing of claims for damage or loss of goods shipped by Trademarks while in transit will be handled by Trademarks. Goods must be returned to be credited or exchanged with the possible exception of international returns or exchanges which will be handled on a case by case basis.
All refunds due will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
