It is required by the CSPIA law for garments intended for youth 3 and under to be printed with Phthalate Compliant inks. As a company, we feel it is important for all youth shirts to be printed with the safest inks. So Trademarks will print youth shirts with Phthalate Compliant inks with NO EXTRA CHARGE. Compliant CSPIA tracking information is still required on garments for children 12 and under and may require a set up charge. Use this as a selling point with your customer. We have been printing Phthalate Compliant ink since the spring of 2010.
